Pickup in Rome and Arrival in Pisa
Your driver meets you at your hotel, apartment or another agreed address in Rome. Send your destination in Pisa so we can plan drop-off at your accommodation or the closest suitable access point.
Pickup is also available at Fiumicino Airport, in the public arrivals area after customs with a name sign, or at Civitavecchia Cruise Port, directly in front of your ship. Include your flight or cruise details in your request.
For a flight from Pisa Airport, send the flight number, departure time and your airline’s required arrival time. For a train connection, include the station and departure time.
Visit Pisa or Continue to Florence
Continue to Your Florence Hotel
Include Pisa as part of a journey ending in Florence. Send your final accommodation address and preferred time in Pisa so we can quote the full route and agreed waiting time.
A Pisa visit adds time to a direct Rome–Florence transfer. It should be planned as a separate itinerary with the additional driving and visit time included.
Tickets, Guiding and Optional Stops
Your chauffeur handles the road journey and agreed meeting points. Admission tickets, a private guide and meals are separate from a standard transfer and are included only when specified in your quote.
If you already have tickets or a guide booked, send the start time, meeting instructions and expected duration before confirming pickup. We will plan the transfer around those arrangements.
Lucca or other requested destinations in Tuscany can be considered as part of a custom itinerary. Tell us your priorities and final destination so we can allow enough time for each stop.
Your Vehicle and Luggage
We arrange a Mercedes sedan or van reserved for your party. Send your passenger count and the exact number of large suitcases and smaller bags, including any oversized items.
Please include children’s ages, child-seat requirements and any mobility needs. We can discuss suitable vehicle access points and walking arrangements before confirming your visit.
If you need a return transfer from Pisa to Rome on a later date, include it in your request.
